Cancellation Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable; however, when proper notice is provided, your deposit may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment will require a new deposit to book again. Vehicle Condition: Pricing is based on the vehicle type and services selected during booking. Vehicles requiring additional labor due to excessive dirt, trash, pet hair, odors, stains, or other conditions may require applicable add-on services or additional charges. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before additional work is performed. Mobile Service: Customers must provide a safe and accessible location for service, along with access to water and electrical power. Please remove personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle before your appointment. Weather & Service Conditions: Because we provide mobile detailing, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to severe weather or other conditions that prevent us from safely completing the service. If Grantham & Sons must reschedule your appointment, your deposit will transfer to the new appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the Grantham & Sons Booking Policy.
